In late 2005, a pivotal moment it prompted him to take an adventurous hiatus, embarking on an exhilarating skiing expedition in the Rocky Mountains. This transformative experience marked the beginning of a six-year corporate sabbatical, broadening his horizons well beyond conventional corporate roles.

During this hiatus, David lived in Guatemala, exploring the beauty of Central America. He also pursued an MBA at Babson College, established a restoration construction firm specializing in preserving historic and antique windows throughout the greater Boston area, and collaborated with a nonprofit organization in Kenya after selling his business.

Subsequently, he transitioned to Silicon Valley, dedicating a decade from 2011 to 2021 as a Software as a Service professional, primarily leading PreSales Engineering Teams.

David's initial venture into the real estate realm occurred in 2010 when he obtained his Massachusetts license, setting the stage for his eventual return to the industry.

Alongside his entrepreneurial endeavors, including ownership of a small restoration construction business, David has taken on numerous home restoration projects. Notably, his most cherished undertaking involved the meticulous restoration of an 1886 Victorian residence just 40 minutes outside Boston. Concurrently, he manages and operates a thriving concrete coatings company alongside his real estate career.
